Role Mission
To ensure a high-quality customer experience via chat, email, and ticketing systems, promptly resolving inquiries related to transactions, bonuses, account access, and technical issues. You will support the brand’s reputation and contribute to user retention.
Responsibilities * Communicate with customers via live chat, email, and tickets * Handle questions related to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and KYC verification * Maintain accurate internal notes, work with CRM/Back-office systems * Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams (Risk / Payments / Tech) * Follow brand tone of voice, internal procedures, and compliance guidelines
About You * 6–12 months of experience in Customer Support * Fluent English and Ukrainian (B2—C1 level — required) * Understanding of customer support processes and experience using CRM/Helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.) * Strong attention to detail, stress tolerance, and readiness to follow procedures — including night shifts
