Softvery Solutions is a growing technology company delivering high-quality software products and engineering services.
We are looking for a hands-onHR Generalist who will manage recruitment, drive the hiring process, and support HR operations as we continue to grow over the next 12–18 months.
This role combines day-to-day operational work with strategic impact. You will improve existing processes, introduce new initiatives, and contribute to building a strong and visible HR function in the company.
Ownership of the Hiring Process
You will fully own the hiring process for technical and operational roles, including: * Clarifying role requirements and priorities with hiring managers * Crafting and publishing job descriptions * Selecting and managing sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, etc.) * Screening candidates and running structured interviews * Managing communications and feedback loops * Coordinating technical interviews and test tasks * Providing hiring recommendations based on data and criteria * Supporting offer creation, negotiations, and pre-onboarding * Managing candidate experience and employer reputation
The goal is to make hiring efficient, structured, predictable, and candidate-friendly.
Responsibilities * Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including senior positions and contractors. * Build candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies for current and future roles. * Own and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding. * Create and maintain HR documentation, guidelines, and process maps. * Support employer branding, job marketing, and internal HR communication. * Collaborate closely with the CEO and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and prioritize roles. * Provide support for remote workforce operations, international hiring, and contractor management. * Identify and recommend HR tools and practices (ATS/HRIS, performance frameworks, etc.). * Serve as an approachable point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements * 3–5 years of HR experience in a tech company. * Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes for technical roles. * Understanding of IT roles, stacks, and terminology. * Ability to design, document, and implement HR processes. * Fluency in Ukrainian and English (spoken and written). * Strong communication, prioritization, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have * Knowledge of HR branding or recruitment marketing. * Experience with performance management or PIP processes
