We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, capable of building scalable backend services and integrating APIs and microservices.
Requirements: * 6+ years in Java backend development * Strong knowledge of AWS serverless (Lambda, IAM, SQS/SNS, CloudFormation) * Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and async communication * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and infrastructure-as-code * Good knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) * Working knowledge of Git, Agile/Scrum, and standard development workflows * Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
Will be a plus: * Experience with API Gateway, Cognito, or Kinesis * Knowledge of Node.js or Python for Lambda scripting * Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration (ECS/EKS) * Background in data-driven or integration-heavy applications
Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 11+ and Spring Boot * Build and optimize AWS serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch) * Integrate APIs and microservices within a modular architecture * Ensure code quality via automated tests, code reviews, and performance optimization * Support CI/CD processes with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and optionally Terraform * Collaborate with architecture and QA teams for scalability, reliability, and security * Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
