PROJECT
Our customer provides a SaaS AML (Anti-money laundering) compliance platform, consisting of the configurable rule engine, case management tools, as well as the AI tools for reviewing alerts.
We’re looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in .NET to lead a distributed team working on the platform core.
You’ll be joining an ambitious, technically challenging project built on a modern stack — ideal for someone who is ready for technical challenges, thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to help shape a cutting-edge FinTech product.
WE PROVIDE YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCITING CHALLENGES * Take ownership on the end-to-end product development: from design and architecture to implementation and improvement * Collaborate with Product Owner on Customer site to help define the product vision and roadmap * Define technical roadmap of the solution * Develop platform backend * Deliver high-quality code and documentation * Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation * Become a leader for a distributed engineering team in a dynamic, startup environment
WE EXPECT FROM YOU * Degree (bachelor or master) in computer science or a comparable course of study * 8+ years of engineering experience (C#, .NET platforms) * Experience of designing FinTech/AML or similar systems * Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems * Creating solution architecture blueprints * Accountability for technical feasibility, roadmap and technical decisions * Experience with high-throughput microservices, event-driven architecture and asynchronous data processing * Experience with Azure cloud * Hands-on experience with REST and GraphQL (OpenAPI-first) * Knowledge of TypeScript (for GraphQL APIs) * GitHub + GitFlow * Experience with PostgreSQL Flexible Servers * Deep understanding of service reliability and resilience * Experience operating and debugging live systems * Strong cross-layer thinking (from infrastructure to application behavior) * Comfortable moving between backend services and integration layers * Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with stakeholders on multiple levels * English proficiency at an upper-intermediate/advanced level
WOULD BE A PLUS * Experience with NATS service bus * Knowledge of Python (for AI, agentic frameworks, and automation)
