The Role Lead technical implementation of sales automation systems. Architect solutions, deliver client projects, and establish best practices as our senior technical expert.
Responsibilities: * Design end-to-end automation architectures (Clay → n8n → HubSpot → Outreach tools) * Lead client projects from discovery to optimization * Build complex API integrations and custom workflows * Develop reusable templates for faster delivery * Mentor junior team members * Evaluate new tools and optimize existing systems
Requirements Experience: * 2+ years in revenue/marketing/sales operations * 2+ years with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make) * Proven B2B sales automation implementations * Advanced CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce) * SaaS/agency/startup background
Technical: * APIs, webhooks, integration patterns * At least 2 of: Clay, n8n, HubSpot, Instantly, HeyReach * SQL and basic scripting (Python/JavaScript) * Data modeling and pipeline architecture * B2B outbound processes
Preferred: * Apify or web scraping tools * Data enrichment providers * Email deliverability knowledge * GDPR compliance understanding
