Landing Page & Funnel Development * Develop high-converting landing pages optimized for marketing campaigns and dynamic personalization. * Build and optimize marketing funnels & checkout integrations. * Implement advanced form handling, lead capture flows, and multi-step funnel interfaces.
Tracking, A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization * Experience setting up and optimizing A/B testing and personalization strategies using tools such as Convert.com, GrowthBook, Optimizely, etc. * Ensure accurate tracking of marketing pixels, conversion tracking (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.), and event triggers. * Debug and troubleshoot frontend tracking issues to ensure data accuracy.
Frontend Performance & UX Optimization * Optimize pages for speed, responsiveness, and SEO, maximizing ad quality scores. * Improve frontend performance using Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed, lazy loading, asset bundling, etc. * Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility to maximize campaign reach. * Create reusable, modular UI components for rapid deployment.
Collaboration & Technical Integration * Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, Product Owners, and marketing teams to refine tracking and analytics strategies. * Integrate frontend solutions with third-party services and CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Code Quality & Best Practices * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient front-end code * Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions * Contribute to continuous improvements in performance, scalability, and quality * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
About you: * 5+ years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer, specializing in optimizing frontend solutions for marketing funnels. * Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript. * Solid experience with mobile-first and responsive development across web and mobile platforms. * Experience in technical design and application architecture (building applications from scratch to production). * Experience building client—server architecture, understanding principles and design patterns. * Excellent analytical and ownership skills. * Creative problem-solving mindset with high ethical standards. * Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous self-development. * English proficiency (B2+).
Optional green flags: * Experience with rich UI applications (animations, parallax, visually intensive components). * Payment systems integration (Stripe, Solidgate, etc.). * Experience working with WebView. * Developing admin interfaces and internal tools. * Integration of A/B testing frameworks and analytics services.
