Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for predictable and timely delivery of project initiatives for an operational product in Latin America. The role includes end-to-end ownership: planning, coordination, communication, risk management, and delivery tracking across internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivery and Coordination
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors (Platform, Integrators, Legal, Finance).
* Maintain a unified project backlog and transparency of tasks in Jira.
* Monitor deadlines, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
* Communication and Reporting
* Maintain a single information space for all stakeholders.
* Prepare clear and accurate reports without ambiguity.
* Manage expectations and escalate risks proactively.
* Processes and Documentation
* Facilitate project meetings (planning, syncs, retros) and track action items.
* Keep documentation and knowledge base up to date in Confluence.
* Support and improve project management standards.
Requirements
Hard Skills:
* 3+ years of Project Management experience (iGaming, Fintech, or web development).
* Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
* Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence (workflows, dashboards, JQL).
* Experience with distributed teams and external contractors.
Soft Skills:
* System thinking and ability to manage dependencies.
* High ownership and responsibility for results.
* Strong communication skills with technical and business teams.
