bART is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
About us: bART Solutions is a Ukraine based provider of software development outsourcing services. It was established by enterprising professionals with years of experience in IT sphere. Being a custom software development company, we are specializing in the web, mobile and desktop development.
Responsibilities -Research and identify potential leads in target industries through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online communities, and professional events -Build and maintain prospect lists (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar tools) -Engage with prospects via LinkedIn outreach, personalized emails, and community interactions to spark interest -Qualify leads based on ICP criteria (industry, role, location, tech stack, budget, etc.) -Schedule intro calls for the sales team -Track outreach performance (replies, conversion into meetings/opportunities) -Research and work with different channels (events, partnerships, niche communities) -Support marketing campaigns when required
Requirements -1+ year of experience in B2B lead generation for IT / consulting -Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Clay, HubSpot, or similar -Strong English (B2+), with ability to craft professional and personalized messages -Understanding of lead qualification frameworks (BANT, CHAMP, ICPs) -Data-driven approach — ability to analyze campaigns and optimize performance -Excellent organizational skills — able to manage multiple accounts and campaigns -Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
