The ideal candidate’s skills include: * 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce (Demandware) * Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+) * Experience with SFRA * Understanding of APIs and experience integrating third-party systems * Familiarity with e-commerce concepts and challenges * Basic knowledge of SEO best practices, caching strategies, performance optimization, and security * Proficiency in using version control tools like Git * Upper-Intermediate English level * Strong communication and presentation skills * Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills * Strong desire to learn more about business every day
Optional: * Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification (a strong plus) * Experience with React.js * Understanding of headless architecture concepts (a strong plus)
The Role As a Junior Salesforce B2C Commerce Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing e-commerce solutions for global brand on the Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, your focus will be on implementing few features, integrations, resolving issues, ensuring platform stability, and supporting other ongoing operations.:
Your responsibilities will include:* Supporting and maintaining existing functionality on the Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud platform * Investigating and resolving issues related to order recovery and processing flows * Troubleshooting jobs and issues * Fix issues within B2C delivery stack * Collaborating with clients, project managers, and internal teams to understand support needs and provide effective technical resolutions * Identifying and fixing bugs to ensure smooth and efficient site performance * Maintaining clear, accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions * Communicating progress, blockers, and updates to the Project Manager in a timely manner
