This is a great role for someone who has previous experience as a Business Analyst, understands SDLC, has analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and can formulate clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build constructive relationships across teams. * Proven ability to define clear, testable requirements (functional and non-functional) and acceptance criteria. * Strong skills in stakeholder management, including expectation setting and negotiation. * Experience with change management: identifying, assessing, and handling changing requirements. * Systemic thinking and the ability to see relationships between requirements and product goals. * Experience in gap analysis and defining “as-is” and “to-be” states of systems. * English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
WE OFFER: * Direct influence on how our products evolve and how business decisions are made. * Freedom to manage your area of responsibility and drive requirements from idea to delivery. * Daily work with experienced Product Team, Engineering team and Support team in a transparent and supportive environment. * Competitive compensation and benefits. * A straightforward, no-bureaucracy culture.
