We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong analytical thinking, solid understanding of UX, and genuine interest in modern product development trends and AI. What You’ll Do * Participate in product discovery, requirements discussion, and delivery for key features. * Turn insights from product analytics, funnels, and user behavior into clear priorities. * Conduct user-related research to understand pain points, UX friction, and usability gaps. * Collaborate with the founding team to shape intuitive user flows and consistent product experiences. * Provide ideas and recommendations to increase user retention, engagement, and acquisition. * Analyze market trends, competitors, and UX patterns to identify improvement opportunities. * Work with analytics to discover behavior patterns and translate them into actionable changes. * Validate feature ideas quickly (e.g., user testing, experiments, feedback loops).
What We’re Looking For * 1-3 years of experience in Product Management (startup experience is a plus). * Strong analytical skills and confidence working with product metrics, dashboards, and funnels. * UX-driven mindset: ability to evaluate flows, identify friction points, and propose improvements. * Curiosity for AI technologies and how they transform user experience and product development. * Awareness of modern product development trends, user-centric design patterns, and new approaches. * Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills. * Proactive attitude and ability to operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment. * Languages: Ukrainian — fluent; English — intermediate+. * Bonus: experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, A/B testing, or experimentation platforms.
