In this role, you will own and optimize the full recruitment process across distributed teams — from smart sourcing strategies to confident stakeholder management.
You’ll take the lead in hiring for our IT function, ensuring a seamless and candidate-centric experience in every search. As the key partner to hiring managers, you’ll drive decision-making with data, offer strategic insights, and make sure everyone is aligned and moving forward — fast and effectively.

What you’ll do in this role
* Manage and execute sourcing strategies across multiple markets (Ukraine and beyond)
* Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates based on both skills and culture fit
* Collaborate with internal managers (like HR/AMs/DMs) clients to align on expectations and share hiring progress
* Provide a consultative approach to clients — you’re not just recruiting, you’re advising
* Keep our candidate database up to date and full of potential
We’re looking for
* 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment
* Knowledge of the tech talent market, its trends, and salary benchmarks
* A hands-on understanding of various sourcing tools and platforms
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A structured, reliable, and result-oriented approach to work
* A genuine interest in complex, niche, or non-traditional roles — the trickier, the better
