REQUIREMENTS: * 2–3 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house). * Deep understanding of SEO principles: technical, content, link building, local and international SEO. * Proven experience in ranking websites in the top 10 of Google in competitive niches (Web Development, iGaming). * Strong knowledge of Google search algorithms, ranking factors, and Core Web Vitals. * Understanding of website structure, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (in terms of SEO impact). * Ability to perform SEO audits and create clear recommendations for developers and content teams. * Proficient in Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager. * Experience working with Ahrefs, Semrush, Serpstat, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, SurferSEO, or similar tools. * Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets for analyzing large datasets. * Ability to plan SEO strategies and set task priorities. * Experience creating technical requirements for copywriters and developers. * Understanding of link-building strategies (outreach, crowd, guest posts, PBN, etc.). * Basic knowledge of UX/UI and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) as factors influencing SEO. * Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to work. * English level — Intermediate or higher (for analytics, content, and search queries).
NICE-TO-HAVE: * Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B projects. * Knowledge of HTML Schema / Structured Data / JSON-LD. * Basic understanding of how AI impacts search (Search Generative Experience, Gemini, ChatGPT SEO). * Skills in task automation (Python, Google Apps Script, etc.).
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic. * Conduct audits and optimize website structure, content, and technical performance. * Manage link-building activities and monitor key SEO metrics. * Research keywords, competitors, and new growth opportunities. * Collaborate with the team to improve overall search visibility.
