We are excited to announce our new position: Senior DevOps Engineer!
We work with:
Virtualization and containerization: Proxmox, Docker, Portainer
Scripts and internal tools: Bash, Python, Go
Automation and IaC: Ansible, Terraform
Monitoring and CI/CD: Zabbix, GitLab, Grafana
Networking and security:
VPN: OpenVPN, IPsec (strongSwan), Xray
Proxy: Squid
DNS: Unbound
Web servers and reverse proxy: Nginx, Traefik
Firewall: iptables, nftables
Authentication: Radius
Databases and message queues: MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka
Cloud services: AWS, Cloudflare, Hetzner
Secrets management: Infisical
What you will be responsible for:
— Developing the infrastructure and improving DevOps processes
— Automating CI/CD pipelines and managing deployment tools (Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD)
— Supporting a stable and scalable infrastructure with high availability
— Ensuring operational quality: analyzing complex incidents, proposing solutions and recommendations for the team
— Setting up and improving monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana), defining metrics and thresholds for key services
— Ensuring infrastructure security: access management, firewalls, updates, 2FA
— Participating in architectural decisions and scaling systems
— Supporting the team: code reviews, sharing expertise within the DevOps team
Who we are looking for:
— An engineer with solid experience in Linux and DevOps tools
— Someone who can build and maintain stable systems, not just “run containers”
— A person who understands how Docker, Ansible, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD work in real-world scenarios
— Someone who knows the principles of automation, high availability, and infrastructure security
— A specialist who can handle complex cases, support the team, and take ownership of critical tasks
— A person who isn’t afraid of routine but strives to automate everything that repeats
— Someone ready to collaborate with other engineers, share knowledge, and see tasks through to completion
