About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role combines technical problem-solving with customer support and is ideal for someone who is technically skilled, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment. You will support users of OpenWeather services, help them implement best practices, and ensure high-quality communication across a broad range of clients.
Responsibilities * Respond to technical support enquiries from end-users of OpenWeather services via the Salesforce Service Cloud platform (including individual developers, company representatives, researchers, and others). * Advise customers on correct methods and best practices for working with weather and agricultural APIs, billing, and additional related topics. * Provide personalised attention to high-priority cases, ensuring accurate and timely technical guidance and product support. * Review client feedback regarding weather data and agricultural APIs and relay insights to the development team to support ongoing product improvement. * Work with and maintain the internal customer database.
Requirements * Bachelor’s degree (technical specialization preferred). * Fluent English (spoken and written). * Strong communication skills. * Proactive and able to work independently. * IT background is a plus. * Experience in the IT or high-tech sector is an advantage.
