We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer to join our team for the full-time cooperation.

This is a digital mental health platform designed to help clinics deliver care efficiently and compassionately through the online sessions.
What is the team size and structure?
There are 5 people in the team ( Solution Architect, Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Senior DevOps).
How many stages of the interview are there?
— Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 min.;
— Technical interview with Ralabs — up to 1 hour;
— Non-technical interview with Client — up to 1 hour.
Requirements: * Over 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer. * Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices. * Practical experience in testing web applications across different environments. * Skilled in creating and maintaining QA documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports. * Proficient in using bug-tracking tools such as Jira. * Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and solving issues. * Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
Responsibilities: * Execute end-to-end manual testing across therapist, admin, and patient scenarios; * Validate the intuitive, smooth functioning of scheduling and session workflows; * Test system behaviour around edge cases, changes, cancellations, and user interactions; * Report issues clearly, structure feedback, and help the team prioritize improvements; * Collaborate closely with product, design, and development to ensure quality at each step; * Participate in acceptance testing during internal pilot & customer onboarding; * Review new features with a user-centric mindset and suggest improvements; * Ensure consistency, clarity, and overall polish of user flows; * Keep track of regressions and verify fixes during each release.
