We seek an experienced Sales Specialist with a proven track record in the full sales cycle to join our team and extend our Sales department. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will work closely with our Sales, Production teams and the CEO.
The main tasks cover the entire sales cycle, including approaching leads using the ABM approach, attending introductory calls, qualifying leads, working with the production team to prepare and deliver sales proposals, and maintaining communication with the clients you have secured.
Target Market: USA, UK, DACH, Scandinavian countries and Benelux.
Target Industry/Expertise: B2B & Enterprise software, Fintech & Banking solutions, Web3 & Blockchain applications.
Requirements:
— Upper-intermediate English is a must (written & verbal).
— You are good at intro calls.
— From 5Y of overall experience in Pre-sales, Sales, Business Development.
— Understanding of IT, B2B, and sales processes.
— Understanding of good client service and communication fundamentals.
— Flexibility and out-of-the-box thinking.
— Persistence and scrupulousness.
— Good performance while working remotely
Duties:
— Qualifying leads’ needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to determine whether they are a good fit for our services.
— Conducting personalized outreach to cold leads using an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach — researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and crafting tailored conversation starters.
— Running structured outbound sequences: initial messages, follow-ups, value-driven touchpoints, and strategic nurturing until the lead is ready for a call.
— Gathering project requirements (with support from our Business Analyst) to prepare estimations and proposals.
— Preparing custom offer presentations and pitching them to potential clients.
— Negotiating contracts and finalizing terms of cooperation.
— Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
— Writing thoughtful follow-ups to facilitate the next steps of collaboration.
— Managing all deals, tasks, and communication activities in our CRM (HubSpot).
— Working closely with project management, design, and development teams.
