Your future challenges * Become the market expert for Devart’s connectivity products by uncovering customer needs, industry trends, and emerging opportunities that shape product strategy * Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions across multiple technologies and audiences * Lead and optimize go-to-market processes — from pricing and packaging to launch execution, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and acquisition teams * Drive sustainable product growth through data-informed SEO, content, and acquisition strategies, continuously experimenting and improving performance * Transform customer insights, competitive analysis, and behavioral data into actionable recommendations that influence roadmap decisions and strengthen market leadership.
Impact you will make * Conduct market and customer research to identify needs, buyer personas, ICPs, use cases, and value propositions * Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, tactics, and feedback to define opportunities and influence product strategy * Shape product positioning, packaging, brand assets, and how the product is presented to the market * Collaborate on pricing model development and feature prioritization to ensure the roadmap aligns with customer insights and market dynamics * Develop marketing strategies built on market research, segmentation, and channel effectiveness to drive awareness and growth * Manage core marketing activities: PAD files, website updates, release notes, email communications, catalog submissions, content creation * Create product overviews, content plans, and supervise their execution * Plan and manage product launches, ensuring alignment across messaging, channels, and success metrics * Drive acquisition strategies across SEO, PPC, content marketing, design, and web * Lead production of educational materials for Devart Academy (videos, whitepapers, tutorials) * Develop retention programs through email sequences, loyalty flows, feedback loops, and targeted campaigns * Perform A/B testing on website content and features; maintain accuracy of product information and reviews * Conduct and analyze CSAT, CES, NPS surveys and user interviews with the product manager * Collect customer success stories and validate product investments * Analyze key metrics (Sessions, Users, Downloads, Orders, Revenue) in GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, and marketing tools (Ahrefs, SERanking) * Research user behavior patterns and incorporate insights into the product roadmap
Skills we are looking for * 3+ years of Product Marketing / Growth Marketing experience in B2B SaaS * Strong SEO expertise (content strategy, technical SEO, link building, CTR optimization) * Understanding of LLM/AI visibility trends and how to optimize product presence in AI search results * Proven track record of driving products into top market positions through organic growth * Upper-Intermediate+ English (written and spoken) * Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Ahrefs/Semrush, CRM, automation platforms) * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (acquisition, content, product, design, tech) *
