Company operates in over 150 countries, helping clients achieve sustainable growth, drive innovation, and solve complex business challenges.

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer who will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing Power Platform solutions with a strong focus on Power Automate. You will work closely with global business units to translate business needs into efficient and scalable automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities * Develop, configure, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop). * Customize and enhance pre-built Power Platform solutions according to internal guidelines and project requirements. * Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft services such as PowerApps, SharePoint, Teams, Office 365 and other enterprise systems. * Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve automation flows to ensure efficiency and high performance. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and transform them into well-structured automation solutions. * Ensure quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards across all automation projects. * Support ongoing maintenance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of existing automation processes. * Contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring automation solutions align with business goals and IT architecture.
Requirements * Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate, both Cloud and Desktop versions. * Strong experience in designing, developing, and managing automated workflows. * Hands-on experience integrating Power Automate with PowerApps, SharePoint, Teams, Office 365, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools. * Solid understanding of workflow troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. * Ability to collaborate effectively with business units to gather requirements and translate them into automation deliverables. * Familiarity with scripting/programming languages such as UiPath, .NET, C#, JavaScript is a strong advantage. * English level: B2 or higher, capable of handling professional communication and documentation. * Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
