Responsibilities: * Actively search for and engage candidates for IT vacancies of various levels (from junior to senior) * Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit * Develop and implement effective hiring strategies * Use various channels to source candidates, including social media, professional platforms, job boards, and other resources * Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements * Maintain and update the candidate database * Coordinate the hiring process and candidate feedback * Support a positive company image in the job market
Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter * Excellent knowledge of the IT talent market and modern recruitment methods * Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills * Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with candidates and department heads * Experience with various tools and platforms for candidate sourcing * English proficiency at B2—C1 level
