Key Responsibilities: * L1/L2/L3 support.
Requirements: * At least 3 years of experience in a SysAdmin role. * Сonfident skills in the administration of Windows, Linux, macOS, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Zabbix. * Confident skills in the administration of Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS. * Strong understanding and skills in detecting and resolving fundamental hardware issues. * Good understanding of LAN / WiFi networks. * Skills in the management of VPN, RDP SAAS and access management. * Intermediate level of English. * Good communication and multitasking skills.
Knowledge:
Windows, Linux, MacOS, System Administration, VPN, Mikrotik, Jira, Google Workspace, Zabbix.
Nice-to-have skills: * Grafana, Docker, DLP, Wazhuh, or an analog system.
