What we expect from you: * Experience & Language: 2+ years in Lead Gen (including qualification calls) + Upper-Intermediate English (must-have). * Outreach & Content Mastery: You know how to find direct clients, build databases, and craft high-converting sequences (LinkedIn, Email). You possess strong copywriting skills. * Strategic Mindset: You don’t just execute; you build. You define ICPs, create strategies, run experiments, and scale best scenarios. * Data & Analytics: Proficient in CRM and stats tools. You can extract data, visualize metrics, and prepare reports to prove campaign effectiveness. * Leadership & Versatility: You have experience mentoring juniors and handling diverse activities—from digital outreach to organizing Roadshows.
Your Toolkit: LinkedIn Outreach, CRM proficiency, and ideally, experience with automation tools, Upwork, or Roadshows.
Would be an advantage: * Experience with various lead generation automation services. * Practical experience with email outreach and Upwork.
