Who We Are Looking For: We’re looking for a Marketing Copywriter who creates clear, persuasive, conversion-focused content for B2B SaaS and confidently uses AI to work faster. If you excel at ads, landing pages, and educational materials — and write with impact — you’re who we need.
Key Responsibilities: * Craft high-impact ad copy for performance campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). * Create and optimize landing pages and web content with clarity, persuasion, and brand alignment. * Develop educational and lead-generation content (eBooks, guides, templates) that deliver real value. * Collaborate with designers, PMMs, and regional marketers to ensure a consistent and human brand voice. * Experiment with AI tools to accelerate content creation and help shape frameworks for the wider marketing team. * Test, analyze, and refine copy based on engagement and conversion data. * Contribute to the ideation and structure of lead magnets, balancing creativity and substance. * Support email nurturing sequences and automation campaigns with high-quality copy.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience writing for B2B SaaS or tech brands. * Portfolio showcasing advertising, landing, and educational content. * Solid understanding of conversion-focused and storytelling techniques. * Excellent command of English and strong editorial discipline. * Organized, proactive, and curious about how content drives performance. * Comfortable using AI-powered tools to ideate, write, and optimize faster. * Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative, global environment.
Nice to Have: * Experience with HR Tech, SaaS, or software-driven products. * Understanding of email automation flows and HubSpot campaigns. * Awareness of marketing analytics, attribution, or content metrics. * Curiosity about LLM optimization and scalable AI content systems.
