We are looking for Lead UA Manager to join our team for our new fast-growing B2C web projects, based on subscription model.
About you: * You bring solid experience in web acquisition, with a focus on Facebook and Google Ads. * Understanding subscription-based monetization models is one of your strengths, and you know how to make them work. * Working with both mainstream and alternative traffic sources feels natural to you, and you’re curious to explore new formats. * Calm, structured, and reliable — you approach challenges thoughtfully and don’t rush into chaos. * As a team player with leadership experience, you’re comfortable mentoring others while staying hands-on when needed.
Will be a plus: * Experience with Adult networks.
Your impact: * You’ll take the lead on user acquisition for a growing web product and guide a focused team of UA specialists. * Running and optimizing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads. * Testing hypotheses, analyzing results, and scaling what works. * Beyond leadership, you’ll stay hands-on: launching campaigns, troubleshooting, and jumping into the details when it matters most.
