Responsibilities: — OS installation and configuration (Windows, Linux, MacOS); — Installation and configuration of additional software; — Carrying out simple repairs and maintenance of PCs and laptops; — Issuing access and onboarding new employees; — Work with VPN, LDAP; — Acceptance of equipment and revocation of access for resigning employees; — Work in the ticket system; — Registration of new services and maintenance of old ones; — Ensuring the smooth functioning of the team.
Requirements: — 1+ year of experience in a similar role; — Windows/MacOS/Linux administration and troubleshooting; — Installing, configuring, and updating OS; — User account and access management; — Hardware maintenance (laptops, printers, monitors, etc.); — Remote access tools (RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer); — Software installation and troubleshooting; — Ticketing and documentation; — Asset and inventory management.
Will be a plus: — Good knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral equipment; — Skills in diagnosing and repairing computer equipment; — Understanding of the POP3, IMAP, SMTP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS protocols; — Administration of Windows, Linux, Mac operating systems; — Knowledge of the principles of network construction and operation; — Knowledge of console commands: telnet, nslookup, ifconfig, ssh, ping, traceroute, etc. — Working with the ticket system; — Bachelor’s degree in IT.
