The ideal candidate’s skills include: * Expertise in HTML5/CSS3, including preprocessors like LESS/SASS, and methodologies such as BEM. * 7 + years experience with React.js. * Strong experience with Next.js. * Proficiency in JavaScript (ES5+) and TypeScript. * Hands-on experience consuming REST APIs. * Knowledge of Git and version control systems. * Knowledge about major development tools like GIT, Jenkins/Bamboo, Confluence, and JIRA. * Experience with Headless CMS (Uniform or Contentstack). * Familiarity with Commercetools or other commerce platforms. * Experience with with Webpack. * Deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices. * Awareness of SEO standards and how they apply to front-end development. * Familiarity with unit testing and related testing frameworks. * Proven ability to work effectively in Agile and Scrum methodologies within cross-functional teams. * Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills with a high sense of accountability. * Advanced level of English proficiency * Experience in Commerce solutions; exposure to Commerce B2B and composable architectures will be highly beneficial. * Experience working with Azure cloud services. * Exposure to Node.js development. * Interest or experience in modern front-end tools and processes.
The Role As a Lead Frontend Engineer (React) within our organization, you will be a part of the team building e-commerce solutions for our clients who need to handle the daily challenges of scaling, resilience, and performance.

Role responsibilities: * Development of high-quality software design and architecture. * Reviewing code of other project team members. * Leading architectural discussions and making decisions to ensure scalability and performance of Frontend systems. * Collaborating with product managers to prioritize and plan feature development. * Drive proof of concepts (PoC) of new technologies and frameworks. * Defining and enforcing coding standards and best practices within the Frontend team
