We’re looking for a QA Engineer with strong technical depth and a product mindset. As our platform grows, reliability becomes mission-critical. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of quality across product flows and integrations, and play a key role in shaping our QA culture, practices, and standards. What you’ll do • Own quality across core product and operational flows • Design and execute test plans for end-to-end, multi-system scenarios • Validate API behavior, event flows, webhooks, and edge cases • Maintain regression and smoke test suites • Test web and mobile experiences (dashboard, menu tools, kitchen app) • Investigate issues using logs, monitoring tools, and internal utilities • Improve QA processes, release practices, and quality gates • Use AI tools to accelerate test creation, analysis, and documentation Our environment • Product-focused engineering culture • Integrations with major ordering and POS platforms • Cloud-based, event-driven backend • PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Node.js • Senior, fast-moving team with AI-assisted workflows What we’re looking for • 3+ years of relevant QA experience • Experience in a product company (not outsourcing) • Strong understanding of end-to-end and scenario-based testing • Able to design structured test plans and test cases independently • Comfortable testing APIs (Postman, scripts, or similar) • SQL familiarity • Experience improving or establishing QA processes • Comfortable working with logs and basic monitoring tools • Clear communicator, proactive, high-ownership mindset • Uses AI tools to enhance speed, depth, and coverage in QA work Bonus • Automated testing (API or UI) using Playwright, Cypress, etc. • Testing flows involving third-party integrations • Mobile testing experience • Startup or scale-up environment experience Why join • You will shape QA culture and practices from the ground up • Direct impact on the reliability of a platform used in real operations • Work in a small senior team with clear ownership and low overhead • Be part of an AI-first engineering culture where tools amplify your impact • Opportunity to grow into defining how quality scales with the product
