We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a long-term legacy system project, drive cross-team alignment, and ensure smooth delivery in a complex technical environment
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating activities across a team, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and maintaining high delivery standards in a fast-paced, regulated setting.
What do you bring along: * 5+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager * Proven track record of successfully delivering middle and large-sized IT projects * Strong knowledge of PMBOK 6 Integration Management and structured project delivery * Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and standard PM reporting tools * Hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile in challenging or fast-changing environments. * Strong skills in roadmap ownership, planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination * Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills * Proven experience in people management: team coordination, motivation, conflict resolution * High adaptability to evolving priorities, unclear requirements, and technical constraints. * Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities * English — Upper-intermediate or higher
Nice to have: * Modernization or migration project experience * PMP/PMI-ACP/PSM certification * Technical background
This is your mission: * Validate and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with stakeholders * Develop a full-scale project implementation plan, based of expected project schedule, milestones, and deliverables * Manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information * Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans * Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks * Build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team
