Responsibilities * Full-cycle IT recruitment — from understanding the role to making an offer. * Hiring specialists across various areas (engineering, analytics, product). * Experience and confidence in closing complex or niche roles. * Conducting interviews, assessing both hard and soft skills, and ensuring cultural fit. * Maintaining recruitment analytics and continuously improving the hiring process. * Supporting the company’s HR brand and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements * 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment. * Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and product development processes. * Proficiency in modern sourcing and evaluation techniques. * High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills. * Solid analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Basic understanding of project management practices. * At least an Upper-intermediate level of English
