We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to architect and build the core product surfaces that advertisers rely on every day: campaign management, creative workflows, experimentation tools, and real-time insights.
This role is ideal for someone who loves owning a product area end-to-end, moving fast, and translating complex systems into simple, elegant user experiences. You will work across the entire stack, collaborate with AI, backend, and data teams, and influence both product and technical direction. What You Will Do You will build and own major parts of the core application: * Design and implement backend services and APIs in collaboration with AI and infrastructure teams * Translate complex logic (creative evolution, pacing, optimization, performance data) into clean, intuitive UX * Lead features from concept → architecture → implementation → production * Improve performance, reliability, and structure across frontend and backend codebases * Help establish engineering best practices, design patterns, and scalable architecture * Work closely with product teams and founders to define requirements and ship quickly
Requirements * 6+ years as a fullstack engineer building production systems * Strong proficiency with React + TypeScript * Solid backend experience in Node.js or Python * (Bonus) Experience with TypeScript on the backend * Strong understanding of API design and client—server architectures * Experience building data-rich UIs (dashboards, insights, complex forms) * Excellent system design skills, product thinking, and attention to detail * Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality code fast * Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Nice to Have * Experience in AdTech, DSP, or RTB systems * Experience building experimentation / A/B testing systems * Background in real-time data or event-driven architecture * Experience with performance monitoring and frontend instrumentation * Familiarity with design systems or component-based architecture * Exposure to AI-driven or tool-driven product workflows
