We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to fully own and grow our Traffic-driven Dating Review Products.
This is a high-autonomy role where you’ll lead strategy, experimentation, and product improvements end-to-end. Our review products drive real value for users and brands — helping people choose the best services and bringing partners the highest-intent traffic in the market. Also, we’re planning to scale and add new verticals.
We work with 7-digit budgets on scale. You’ll work with senior specialists, big volumes of Tier-1 traffic, and AI-powered systems built to scale. The dating market is $8B+ and growing — and this domain will be entirely yours to lead.
Future Growth Path: Product Lead.
You will:
● Own the product area: decisions, roadmap, execution. ● Run and scale A/B tests that improve Traffic-driven funnel metrics (CTR, CR, EPC, ROI). ● Generate and validate bold product hypotheses using real data. ● Enhance user value through better ranking logic, content experiences, and personalized review flows. ● Identify growth opportunities through competitor research, SERP behavior, and market trends. ● Collaborate with product, SEO, analytics, engineering, and AI teams to ship fast. ● Use AI, automation, and clustering models to speed up research and execution. ● Directly influence unit economics and revenue through product improvements.
We’ll have a match if you:
● 1+ year in MarTech/PPC/SEO/CRO, or 6+ months in Growth/Product Marketing/Product. ● Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making. ● Experience with funnels, performance metrics, and measurable product impact. ● Curiosity for automation and modern AI tools. ● Upper-Intermediate+ English.
Will be an advantage:
● Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar tools. ● Background in review, comparison, or quiz-based funnels. ● AI automation/content projects.
