We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team and support full-cycle recruitment processes across non-technical positions. Key Responsibilities * Assist and work closely with a Senior Recruiter on daily tasks, candidate pipelines, and priority vacancies. * Support the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate communication. * Conduct initial prescreen calls and assess candidate fit based on role requirements. * Prepare job descriptions, manage postings, and contribute to improving recruitment workflows. * Maintain clear, structured communication with candidates and stakeholders. * Keep internal databases organized and up to date, with strong attention to detail. * Contribute to long-term talent pipelines and strategic hiring decisions. * Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and market trends.

Requirements * English level B2+. Сonfident spoken and written communication. * Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage several roles at once. * Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset. * Fast learner with the ability to absorb and apply new information quickly. * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to solving recruitment tasks. * Basic understanding of recruitment processes — 6+ months of experience or completed recruitment courses. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Nice to Have * Familiarity with ATS systems or LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator. * Experience in non-technical or business recruitment. * Background in customer-facing or fast-paced environments.
