Hey there! The Gamzix Recruitment Team is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruiter who’s ready to take ownership, think big, and bring the best talent into our fast-moving, ambitious team.
We don’t just close roles — we build partnerships, create opportunities, and shape the future of Gamzix through every hire. Your mission * Fully own the recruitment process — from kick-off call to offer — across all levels (Junior, Middle, Senior, C-level) and multiple functions (Tech, Creative, Business, etc.). No cherry-picking — every role matters, and you tackle them all with energy and focus * Collaborate directly with C-level executives and hiring managers, acting as a strategic recruitment partner, not just a service provider * Think broadly and creatively — explore diverse candidate profiles, go beyond the obvious, and help hiring managers see new perspectives * Skillfully influence and engage stakeholders — be the kind of recruiter whose candidates hiring managers want to meet * Maintain and continuously update recruitment reports — with no reminders needed * Take part in international expos and conferences, building relationships with potential candidates and strengthening Gamzix’s employer brand * Proactively identify challenges and come with ready-made solutions * Stay in touch with candidates long-term — build trust-based relationships that last beyond one hire * Experiment, share insights, and contribute to the evolution of our recruitment processes * Keep things positive — we value a good sense of humor and the ability to stay light even when deadlines are tight
What we expect * 2+ years of experience in recruitment (iGaming) * Proven track record of independent vacancy management — from the first brief to offer acceptance * Experience communicating and partnering with C-level and senior management * Strong business acumen — understanding not only people but also the business context behind every hire * Ability to persuade, influence, and present candidates effectively, inspiring confidence and buy-in from hiring managers * Experience attending industry events, expos, or conferences — networking with professionals and potential candidates * Advanced sourcing skills — finding and engaging top talent across global markets * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Structured, proactive, and disciplined — you know how to manage multiple priorities without losing quality * English — Upper-Intermediate or higher * Passion for recruitment, genuine curiosity about people, and love for what you do * And yes — a sense of humor is a must!
