Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will strengthen the Lead Generation team’s brand presence, develop marketing channels, and lead cross-channel marketing operations to support company growth. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement. * Manage and grow LinkedIn, social media, email, SMM, and SMS marketing channels. * Build, manage, and mentor a marketing team (content, design, and channel specialists). * Lead branding initiatives: tone of voice, messaging, visual identity, and content consistency. * Oversee operational marketing processes, campaign planning, execution, and reporting. * Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities. * Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize efficiency and ROI. * Collaborate with key stakeholders and managers. * Support the creation of marketing materials, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements * 1+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager. * Experience managing multi-channel marketing (LinkedIn, social media, email, SMS). * Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or B2B Saas products. * Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content strategies. * Experience working with U.S. and European markets (B2B or digital sector). * An analytical mindset, ability to track KPIs, interpret data, and optimize campaigns. * Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar). * Familiarity with B2B marketing and social brand growth (LinkedIn expertise is a plus). * Excellent communication and project management skills. * Fluent English
Nice to Have * Knowledge of SEO, paid media, or analytics. * Experience managing external agencies or creative vendors.
