As we expand our QA community of experts, we are seeking a proactive and communicative QA Engineer with hands-on experience testing AI and LLM-based projects. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the quality of next-generation conversational AI-driven solutions, ensuring their quality, reliability, and responsible behavior.
Required background and skills * 3+ years of solid experience in software testing * Proven experience testing AI/ML or LLM-based systems (chatbots, NLP pipelines, RAG, model outputs, etc.) * Experience evaluating AI outputs: correctness, consistency, hallucinations, edge cases, safety, and user experience * Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, including test design, execution, and reporting * Knowledge of test-design techniques such as Exploratory, Boundary Value, and Equivalence Class Testing * Basic understanding of databases and working with test data * Test automation experience is a significant advantage * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team and the stakeholders * English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Responsibilities * Thoroughly test AI/LLM-driven features and validate model behavior * Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements * Design and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and other relevant materials * Proactively identify and report potential defects, bugs, and usability issues * Thoroughly analyze test results, document findings, and provide clear and concise bug reports * Collaborate closely with developers to resolve defects and ensure the timely implementation of fixes * Work actively with team members and stakeholders to fully understand project requirements and ensure alignment with testing activities * Take ownership of your work and consistently contribute to the quality and success of the product
