We are looking for a motivated and responsible Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You’ll become part of the PM team and work closely with our clients and tech experts. Your main goal will be to understand client needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.
In addition to business analysis, you’ll lead discovery phases, facilitate communication between stakeholders and clients, and coordinate project progress.
LenderKit is a framework that provides a solid foundation for developing custom crowdfunding platforms while saving a significant amount of time and effort. It consists of two parts — a back-office and a custom-developed front-end website.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Analysis: * Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and clients to elicit, formalize, and maintain requirements (both during the pre-sale stage and project implementation). * Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria, low-fidelity wireframes, and business process descriptions. * Validate interface designs and approve features based on BA specifications. * Analyze, document, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management: * Own project planning and scope management — define milestones, prioritize tasks, and control delivery timelines. * Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure alignment and delivery quality. * Manage communication with clients throughout the project — set expectations, run demos, gather feedback. * Participate in pre-sales and project estimation activities with sales and tech leads. * Track project risks and develop mitigation strategies. * Keep project documentation and backlog up to date.
REQUIREMENTS * 1–2+ years of experience in business analysis and/or project management of IT projects. * Strong Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (written and spoken). * Understanding of business analysis principles and software development methodologies (Scrum / Agile). * Understanding of the IT industry and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Familiarity with REST API, HTML, and CSS. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and stay delivery-focused. * Sense of humor :-) * Basic knowledge of at least one programming language — a plus. * Experience with task management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ClickUp) — a plus.
WHY JOIN US
We have deep expertise in FinTech trends and bring together a team of specialists with an engineering mindset. You’ll work on meaningful products in the investment and crowdfunding domain and have room to grow as both a Business Analyst and a Project Manager.
Looking forward to seeing you as part of the JC team!
