We’re looking for a hands-on Middle-Senior Project Manager to join a FinTech product team building payment processing solutions with complex business logic and high-load integrations!
What You Will Do: * Own the full project lifecycle: planning, prioritization, delivery, and risk management; * Work closely with engineering, QA, product, and client stakeholders; * Define and clarify requirements, prepare tasks, and drive execution; * Manage releases, project roadmap, and overall delivery performance; * Communicate directly with the client and ensure transparency; * Improve processes, workflows, and documentation.
What We Expect: * 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager; * Experience in FinTech or complex business domains is a big plus; * Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban); * Ability to dive into product and technical context when needed; * Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams; * English: Upper-Intermediate+; * Tools: Asana, Jira/Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace.
Nice to Have: * Experience with payment systems or payment provider integrations; * Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD; * Experience with distributed teams.
