Duties & Responsibilities * Serve as the point of contact for all assigned customer accounts * Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts * Search for new customers * Develop and maintain customer relationships * Ensure effective customer service delivery and satisfaction * Investigate customer complaints, provide feedback, and resolution * Create reporting and ensure the accuracy of all customer reports * Negotiate the fee structure with all customers when necessary. * Responsibility to capture and manage all customer communication via communication tools. * Identify new upsell & cross-sell opportunities into existing accounts * Sell quality routes provided by the procurement & routing team * Ask and create new sales opportunities in existing accounts * Drive sales account management best practices to create a high-performance team * Working closely with the routing team to provide feedback on route quality and new coverage requirements. * Working closely with finance in managing all financial aspects of customer accounts
Key requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role, responsible for the sales of sms marketing traffic in international A2P messaging
Experience in preparing price proposals, negotiating terms & contract management
Demonstrable success in managing accounts
Demonstrable experience in building strong customer relationships
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Hands-on experience in sales and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
