Requirements: * 1–1.5 years of experience in business analysis on commercial projects * Experience in preparing use cases, user stories with acceptance criteria, and functional specifications * Experience working in Agile/Scrum * Problem-solving and result-oriented approach * Critical and probing mindset, attention to details * Effective communication skills * Upper-intermediate or higher English
Responsibilities: * Requirements elicitation and structuring * Communicating with clients regarding product requirements * Analyzing existing designs, specifications, and applications provided by the client * Preparing user stories and acceptance criteria for them * Participation in discovery phases during the pre-sale stage * Regularly clarifying requirements with the development team * Support for designers in prototype preparation * Managing expectations of the client
