Key Responsibilities
Client Management * Conduct regular sync-up meetings with clients (weekly/bi-weekly) * Gather feedback, track satisfaction levels, and identify risks early * Monitor contract extensions, negotiate rate changes, manage workload expectations
Account Growth * Partner with Sales to analyze account dynamics, growth potential, and financial capacity * Identify upsell opportunities: more specialists, extended teams, new projects
Project Coordination * Support accounts from kick-off to offboarding * Coordinate staffing together with the resource management team * Maintain project documentation in CRM
Team Management * Hold regular 1:1s with developers * Track motivation, identify concerns, prevent burnout * Resolve conflicts between clients and the team
Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with Sales, Resource Management, IT Service, Finance * Escalate critical situations in a timely and clear manner
Required Qualifications * 1.5+ years in Account Management, Client Success, Project Coordination, or similar roles in IT outstaff/outsource * Experience communicating with EU/USA clients * English — Upper-Intermediate+ * Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, IT roles * Experience with CRM, Jira, Confluence * Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills * Proactive, result-oriented, organized
Nice to Have * Experience in presales, preparing SoW * Ability to analyze metrics: retention, growth, churn risk * Understanding of outstaff financial metrics (margins, burn rate)
