Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Solutions Engineer to join our team and act as the bridge between our business development, technical, and client partners.
As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be responsible for guiding clients through the full lifecycle of their cooperation with Osavul — from initial discovery and demos to ongoing support and value delivery. You will work hand-in-hand with our Business Development Manager during the pre-sales stage, lead product demonstrations, translate client needs into actionable tasks for our tech teams, and ensure client satisfaction and success throughout the partnership.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that combines project coordination, client relationship management, and solution-oriented communication. Key Responsibilities * Partner with the Business Development Manager during discovery and pre-sales to understand client needs, shape proposals, and demonstrate Osavul’s capabilities. * Conduct live demos and workshops, tailoring product presentations to different stakeholder levels. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after contract signing, ensuring seamless communication and trusted collaboration. * Translate client needs and challenges into actionable requests for our in-house tech and analyst teams. * Oversee implementation milestones and maintain alignment between client goals and Osavul’s delivery teams. * Address client inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with relevant internal experts. * Monitor client satisfaction, proactively identify opportunities for expansion or upselling, and ensure long-term success of the corporation. * Prepare structured updates and reports for clients and internal stakeholders. * Create analytical reports and dashboards summarizing project progress for clients and internal teams.
Requirements * At least 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management in tech or consulting environments. * Strong understanding of digital products, data workflows, or AI-powered solutions. Proficiency in working with LLMs. * Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to adapt messaging to both technical and executive audiences. * Proven track record in managing relationships with enterprise or government clients. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. * A client-centric mindset with proactive problem-solving and ownership attitude. * Availability to travel for on-site client meetings, workshops, and events representing the company.
Will be a plus: * Experience in information security, defense technology, or combating online information threats. * Understanding of data-driven systems, enterprise platforms, or AI/ML products. * Technical background or hands-on experience with Python or SQL will be a strong plus.
