We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our international team. This position is a great fit for someone with a strong UX/UI background and hands-on experience in the iGaming industry, particularly within casino and poker products. You’ll be responsible for guiding design initiatives end-to-end, conducting user research, and ensuring that design solutions evolve based on user feedback and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities: * Own the design process: Manage the full cycle of product design, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business objectives. * User research & insights: Conduct UX/UI research and validate decisions with data-driven reasoning. * Design execution: Produce wireframes, prototypes (low and high fidelity), sketches, and storyboards to effectively communicate ideas. * Design systems: Build and maintain scalable, consistent design systems across multiple products. * Cross-team collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other teams to deliver well-documented and high-quality assets. * Iteration & optimization: Evaluate feedback and usage data to refine and improve designs continuously. * iGaming expertise: Contribute to features tailored for casino, poker, and betting products to boost engagement and monetization. * Trend awareness: Keep up with the latest in design, UX practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them thoughtfully. *
Required Skills & Experience: * Strong track record of leading UX/UI projects within the iGaming sector (poker/casino/betting). * Proficiency in Figma and solid knowledge of design system methodologies. * Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to clearly explain design rationale. * Comfortable working in agile environments and adapting quickly to change. * Experience applying user-centered design principles and iterative approaches. * Ability to analyze user behavior and apply data-driven improvements. *
Nice to Have: * Understanding of poker mechanics and strategies. * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects). * Online portfolio showcasing diverse UX/UI projects with measurable outcomes. *
