We are looking for a Strong Junior / Middle Delivery Manager who is ready to take ownership of planning, processes, communication, and overall project outcomes.
About the Role
You will work across multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, clear communication with clients, efficient team coordination, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities * Project Delivery & Planning (Manage delivery within budget, scope, timelines, and resources; Create delivery plans, adjust execution, control performance; Drive risk management, dependency tracking, bottleneck resolution; Ensure high-quality delivery and internal quality checks) * Client Communication (Requirements gathering, clarification, approval of acceptance criteria; Run demos, status meetings, progress presentations; Manage expectations, escalate issues when needed; Maintain structured and clear communication flow) * Processes, Agile & Documentation (Run Scrum ceremonies: planning, grooming, daily meetings, retrospectives; Maintain all project documentation: backlog, user stories, SOW, specs; Optimize delivery processes and automate routine flows; Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and solutions) * Team & People Management (Onboarding/offboarding, adaptation, motivation; 1:1s, mentoring, career support; Coordinate 5–15 members in cross-functional teams; Participate in hiring processes (engineers, QA, BA, PM)) * Presales & Business Support (Participate in presales (estimation, risks, solution approach; Support BD with technical input and estimation logic
Requirements
Must-have * 1.5–3 years of experience in Delivery/Project Management * Strong grasp of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) * Experience with backlog management & project documentation * Understanding of SDLC, QA basics, acceptance criteria * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience managing 5–15 people * Jira/Confluence proficiency * English — Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate
Nice to Have * Experience working with external clients (US/EU/Asia) * Experience in fintech/banking/telecom * Technical understanding (API, SQL, testing basics) * Experience building processes from scratch * Experience in Business Analysis (requirements writing) * Presales experience * Working with distributed international teams
