What is your new project?
Our team is responsible for executing the overall marketing strategy and strengthening the employer brand strategy across the company. We’re open, honest, supportive, and genuinely care about each other. Lots of teamwork and a shared mission to make things better.

This is a part-time role with the possibility to transition into full-time based on performance and team fit.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just “good at writing,” but who thinks like a strategist and researches like an investigator — someone who learns fast and can explain complex things in a simple, human way.

Language & Writing
* Business English C1 — confident, clear, structured.
* Able to write for Western audiences: US, EU, and Israel.
* Proven experience with high-level content: social media, articles, long-form texts, landing pages, case studies.
* Strong UX writing skills: you turn raw info into a compelling narrative.
Research & Analytical Skills
* Deep research mindset: you ask follow-up questions, verify facts, and learn fast (working with Statista, Stack Overflow etc).
* Can organize and structure large volumes of unstructured information.
* Strong analytical thinking: prioritize, synthesize, and deliver clean, logical content.
Industry Knowledge
* Experience or exposure to the IT industry (IT company, startup, or tech environment).
* Solid understanding of basic tech concepts and terminology.
* Ability to turn technical language into simple, human-friendly explanations.
Mindset & Work Style
* A unique blend of technical and humanitarian mindsets, effectively utilizing both creative and analytical capabilities.
* Can independently drive your content workstream while being a team player.
* High ownership: you care about results, not just task completion.
* Fast learner, adaptable, comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Your day-to-day in this position
* Manage the full content cycle — from research to final delivery.
* Write conversion-focused texts for website, pre-landings, social media,email chains.
* Build funnel logic: hook → problem → story → solution → CTA.
* Test hypotheses across creatives and pages and quickly adapt copy based on results.
* Create and publish SEO blog posts on our website and create Medium articles.
* Develop case studies, client brochures, and other long-form or marketing materials.
* Prepare content for social media:
* from LinkedIn newsletters to creative YouTube formats;
* posts for LinkedIn team accounts.
* Provide designers with clear briefs for visual concepts and messaging.
* Manage and maintain Reddit posts/threads.
