About the project: We are seeking a creative, meticulous, and strategically-minded Copywriter to join our team. This role is crucial for defining and promoting the Glorium Technologies Employer Brand to attract top talent and strengthen engagement with our current team. A new team member will be in charge of: — Develop, maintain, and refresh compelling copy for the company career page, ensuring it clearly articulates our Value Proposition and culture through storytelling.
— Craft effective and inclusive job advertisements that cut through the noise, defining role responsibilities in a human and relatable way while highlighting unique benefits and career development opportunities.
— Produce articles, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces for external platforms (e.g., DOU, industry resources) focused on our work culture, people, and industry insights.
— Create engaging and brand-aligned copy for social recruiting and employer brand initiatives across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
— Write fun, functional, and easily skimmable content for the Monthly Digest/internal newsletters, emphasizing key messages and actionable insights for staff.
— Rewrite and structure the Employee Handbook to be clear, accessible, and welcoming, reflecting the company’s values while clearly establishing expectations Does this relate to you? — 2–3 years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or Employer Brand Copywriter (preferably in IT or B2B services). — Proven ability to create engaging, audience-oriented content for career pages, job ads, and social media. — Strong skills in storytelling and adapting tone of voice to different audiences (external readers , employees, external readers). — Experience writing articles, blog posts, and thought leadership content for external media (e.g., DOU, industry blogs). — Ability to craft clear, inclusive, and attractive job descriptions. — Excellent command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); copy-editing and proofreading skills are a plus. — Understanding of employer branding principles and how content supports talent attraction. — Experience creating content for internal communications (newsletters, digests, handbooks) is a plus. — Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
