We’re looking for someone who is: * At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in outsourcing/outstaffing companies, with a total professional experience of 3+ years (preferably in companies of up to 200 employees). * Experience managing teams of 5+ people. * Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously (minimum 5 at a time). * Flexible, multitasking, challenge-driven, and skilled in workload planning and balancing team priorities. * Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Nice-to-have: * Previous technical background (backend, frontend, APIs, DB understanding). * A degree in Engineering / IT or Management.
