You will:
Join a Discovery Team focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of new product ideas and features before they reach millions of users. You’ll work end-to-end: analyzing new opportunities from a testing perspective, collaborating closely with Product and Development teams to shape reliable solutions, focusing mostly on automation while maintaining a reasonable level of manual validation, and ensuring high-quality delivery to production.
● Apply your automation testing skills when testing tasks, minimizing manual testing wherever possible. ● Create new automated tests and maintain existing ones (Java, Appium, Rest-Assured, TestNG). ● Analyze automation test results, investigate failures, and improve overall test stability. ● Actively participate in setting team goals and contribute to achieving them through your technical expertise and personal performance. ● Continuously improve testing approaches, propose enhancements to the test framework and test strategies, and help refine processes that increase team efficiency. ● Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and testing needs. ● Take part in team activities, including planning, grooming, and retrospectives. ● Share knowledge with teammates and help strengthen the team’s overall quality culture.
