About the Role We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Recruiter to join our team and take charge of end-to-end technical hiring. In this role, you’ll focus on attracting and securing top-tier IT talent — from backend engineers and DevOps specialists to designers and analysts. You’ll be the go-to person for building a strong pipeline of IT professionals and ensuring only the most qualified candidates move forward. What You’ll Do * Proactively headhunt and source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other networks * Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — job posting, screening, interviews, and feedback * Conduct in-depth technical screening to assess skills in programming languages, frameworks, cloud/DevOps, and related tools * Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview processes * Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future openings * Handle salary negotiations and final offer management * Track metrics to improve efficiency and time-to-hire
Requirements * 3+ years of experience as an IT recruiter (in-house or agency) * Ability to conduct technical interviews and providing objective evaluations. * Proven success in hiring technical roles (e.g., Backend/Frontend Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud Engineers) * Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to hiring * Skilled in headhunting in competitive IT markets * Experience with strict screening methods — you know how to identify red flags early * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have * Experience hiring in international or multicultural environments * Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics * Knowledge of software development cycles, cloud platforms (AWS), and IT trends
