Gravira Group — an international iGaming product company — is looking for an experienced HR Manager to strengthen the company culture, employer brand, and internal communication within a growing international team. Responsibilities: * Build and develop Gravira’s employer brand in collaboration with the TL Talent Acquisition. * Define and implement company values and culture together with the C-level and Recruiting Team. * Act as a People Partner for line managers — support in communication, team motivation, and conflict resolution. * Identify and improve communication bottlenecks between departments. * Build and optimize onboarding processes that reflect company values. * Create and track employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction systems. * Support the development of performance review cycles and feedback culture. * Develop and implement a benefits package for all employees.
Requirements: * 4+ years of experience in HR/People Partner roles. * Proven experience in building culture, engagement, and communication frameworks. * Strong English (Upper-Intermediate+). * Experience in employer branding and cross-functional collaboration. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership support skills. * Empathetic, proactive, and business-oriented mindset.
