YOUR QUEST-LINE:
* Guard product quality end-to-end: track, triage, and report issues across the QA cycle;
* Validate releases: run pre-release regression on Staging and post-release health checks on Prod;
* Triage user-reported issues from Support (provide STR, logs, and other details);
* Create and maintain test scenarios, cases, checklists and bug reports that actually help the team move faster;
* Document test results summaries so every issue has context (steps, expected vs actual, logs);
* Collaborate tightly with Product Managers, Devs, and UI/UX team to ensure features work as intended and users stay happy;
* Don’t just test — think. Suggest improvements, raise risks early, automate where it makes sense, and help us build better;
* Be ready to adapt — our world moves fast, and flexibility is part of the game;
* Stay honest, open, and direct — no corporate nonsense, just teamwork and clarity.
YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:
* 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications;
* Familiarity with the Steam trade system and skins market (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
* Strong knowledge of software testing principles;
* Ability to apply test design and test analysis early in the SDLC;
* Comfort using browser DevTools, reading network traces and basic logs;
* Experience testing REST API using Postman and/or Swagger;
* Experience with databases and SQL query writing;
* Understanding of HTTP and WebSockets;
* Ability to translate functional requirements/use cases into effective test cases;
* Understanding of Agile principles and practices, Kanban method;
* You’re proactive, curious and responsible.
WILL BE YOUR BOOST:
